Sundry works without an account. These instructions apply only if you turned on optional Secure Backup & Sync.
Apple account on iPhone or iPad:
Google-only account on Android: follow the same path and complete the fresh Google confirmation.
Apple + Google linked account on Android: choose Delete linked cloud account. Android cannot safely revoke the linked Apple authorization by itself, so Sundry opens this page for the supported request route below. You can also delete from a signed-in Apple device after fresh Apple confirmation.
Cloud deletion permanently removes the Supabase sign-in account, wrapped vault key, encrypted medication and response-event rows, and encrypted deletion markers from the live service. Medication already stored locally on each phone or tablet is left in place so the cloud action cannot unexpectedly erase an on-device cabinet.

Send the request from the email address associated with Continue with Apple or Continue with Google, or tell us that you used Apple’s Hide My Email. We may ask you to complete a safe account-verification step before deletion.
